"Helmet arrived in a damaged box. Box inside outer package also was damaged. Helmet sunvisor was not working properly and eventually I discovered it was not correctly fitted . Not a very nice experience when ordering something so expensive. Left this review and within a few minutes Rad.eu customer support contacted me as I did not inform them of any issues i had as I was able to rectify the main issue myself . Customer support did everything within their power to address my issues very professionally with a personal touch which is not very common these days. Communication was exceptional Going forward I would 100% recommend using them in the future. I had a follow up email asking if I would adjust my review with i gladly have done. Delivery was very quick compared to other online stores. 5 stars. Cheapest price around for the particular helmet."
